• It appears that the driver to program the additional buttons on the mouse is only available for Windows 10. MacOS has a basic driver to control left, right buttons and the scroll wheel only.

• Yes, but it will only work as a basic Bluetooth mouse with it. Complete customizations for the mouse's advanced features need Synapse 3 which is incompatible with Mac as it requires Windows 7 64-bit (or higher).
