It's tinny and not that great, but better than low end headphones. Nowhere near yeti mic quality. The headphones are fantastic though, sound quality and comfort is great for the price.

I'd give it a 9/10. Just make sure that you test it out and familiarize yourself with it before using for any important meetings. It just takes a moment to be sure that it's being used properly.

I'd give it a solid 8, having the Arctics Nova Pro(Wired) as a standard. I didn't notice any difference with the mic quality when its plugged in or in wireless mode. These are pretty comfortable headphones too, and the battery life is awesome!

The mic quality is great but the incoming audio quality is awful.
