Your Razer BlackShark V2 X uses a 3.5mm headphone jack, not USB. If your PC isn't recognizing it: Plug it in fully. Check your PC's sound settings to select the correct audio input/output. Or Try a different 3.5mm port on your PC. Or You could also buy a USB sound card adapter with a 3.5mm port if needed, but try the above steps first.
