No it has to be plugged in directly to system or computer

No, you would need a wireless mouse to do that. Windows has some decent capabilities with Xbox hardware, but there’s no compatibility between Xbox controllers and Logitech mice.

Yes, if your controller is connected to the PC wirelessly or hard wired it will work.
