“My Lenovo ThinkPad T470s laptop only has one 3.5 mm input. When I plug this headset in, I can hear others well, but can't hear myself talk. It seems that my laptop mic is still operating instead of the microphone on the headset. Any clue why?”

• You likely have to go into the audio devices and change which device is the primary communications device.
