No. The Razer BlackWidow Tournament Edition Chroma V2 is relatively smaller than the Razer BlackWidow V3 so it's not ideal to use the wrist rest of the former model for the latter and vice versa.

No it’s just plastic and rests freely on your desk, it kinda sucks
