• Unfortunately Synapse 3 has no macOS version and Synapse 2 isn't supported on M-series Macs.

• Yes, but for customization you'd have to download Razer Synapse.

• It might still work as a basic keyboard with macOS devices, but not totally compatible as the Cynosa V2 runs on the newest version of synapse (Synapse 3) which requires Windows.
