Could this work if I use it with a MacBook? null

I'm not familiar with Mac, so can not say for sure. It should work if the Mac has a USB port and can install the Razer Synapse application.

Yes, as long as it has a usb port. For the lighting, you just need to download razer cortex.

Only its basic functionality might work with Mac as the keyboard is mainly compatible with Windows and its Synapse requires Windows 7 64-bit (or higher) to configure settings.
