• If you have a second keyboard, you can use that as a primary keyboard, and use the damaged one for specific hot keys, I have a Blackwidow V3 that I use for my stream hot keys and for discord

• You might try blowing in some compressed air through the gaps on the keyboard near or underneath the space bar key to remove the dirt or any debris that might have caused the dysfunction of the said part.
