• yes, you can you just have to put the connecter into the output slot and the input slot and put the microphone wire. Id also recommend getting a splitter to might make it easier but it's not necessary.

• It is possible to do so, razer has a app you can download that they provide inside the box with a website for the buyer to go visit, so the program helps provide, different audio qualities to your liking.
