Yes you can change the colors. I have the symbol on blue and my side buttons as yellow. You will have to download razor synapse though. Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.

Yes. You can customize the scroll wheel color, the key pad color and the logo color individually. There are different themes you can choose: breathing, color spectrum cycle, etc. Or you can just pick the color of your choice.
