• I hate to say this, but if you search by name just add left handed to description. Amazon does a left handed razer naga, but it doesn't say if it is a chroma or not.

• Due to the orientation of the buttons, using it left handed would prove most difficult. I would suggest a different mouse.

• No, I wouldn't use this mouse if I were left-handed. The actual design just doesn't feel like that would work, especially with the buttons having to be used with your little finger.

• As far as I know you would have to specifically buy a left handed version of this, as the macro buttons on the left hand side cannot be removed and placed on the right. Razor sells them or I also know amazon does, haven’t checked Best Buy.
