“I have a smaller hand. My old razer naga mouse came with grip adjustment's (for the right side of the mouse). My hand is only about 6-7 inches long. Anyone with a similar size hand, is this mouse comfortable? and does it come with grip adjustments? thanks”

Its really small but does not have grip adjustment's.

The mouse in question does not come with any mounted adjustments ort add-ons. My hand is slightly longer than yours, and I feel the mouse fits almost perfectly in my hand. For you it should work perfectly.
