yes its spill proof you dont have to worry about food and drink falling into the keyboard. It is easy to clean if you do.....they keys are easy to remove and just wipe it away
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, a membrane keyboard will not keep debris out of the keyboard. I would suggest a keyboard cover when not using it. Otherwise, try to avoid eating/drinking while using the keyboard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t reccomend doing either close to this keyboard. The key caps do come off for you to clean, but I don’t reccomend eating/getting ashes close to the keyboard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The membrane does not keep foreign objects from falling between the keys, but the keys do pop out and pop back in quite easily enough to make cleaning it pretty easy. I will get beard hairs in mine, but it's really easy to take the keys off and get them out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I imagine it's a little harder to get crumbs inside the keys, but you probably will still want to turn it upside down and shake the particulate out once I'm a while.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will fail on its own before you have a chance to spill anything on it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, membrane refers to the type of switch located under the key cap this keyboard has a hybrid membrane/mechanical switch. The only sure fire way to prevents crumbs in your keyboard is to never eat around it. You can more easily clean a mechanical keyboard though by pulling off the caps for a thorough cleaning. Do not attempt however if you are prone to breaking electronics.
