Yes, you can set audio output to come from the mic and use the internal headset jack to route the sound (and also hear yourself real time). However, it is very quiet and would be better to run a headset from your machine and route the sound that way.

I would recommend using software to split the audio picked up from the microphone to that which is picked up from desktop sound (like a game, youtube, etc.) Voicemeeter works well to separate the audio sources.
