• I work normally but only throug cable, If you use 2.4 ghz usb receiver then only mouse button 4 and mouse button 5 will work, no other buttons work that you keybind.

• Yes, just plug it in with the charging cable or plug in the 2.4 ghz usb receiver. There is virtually no difference in latency.
