• Hello Tyler, according to Canon's specifications and support sites, the Canon Rebel t4i DSLR has an external microphone input that supplies plug in power. By that information, yes the VideoMicro would work for it.

• Yes, it should work as it has a 3.5 mm connector. If your camera has a 2.5 mm, then all you would need is a 3.5 to 2.5 mm adapter (stereo 3 pin).

• Yes it will. I am using it on my t3i rebel so it will work just as well on yours. Just be aware that because the camera has a built in automatic gain control which you cannot disable, you will hear a hiss in the background of your audio. This will happen with or without the mic because of the camera. So post processing will be needed.
