• There is no lighting adapter for the receiver. Only a trs cable.

• It comes with 3.5 mm cable, you would have to buy the adaptor for your phone. new iPhones don't have this.

• Sold separately . The cable is Rode SC7 or by it's scientific name TRS to TRRS (Cell phone side) cable. Also need a lightning to 3.5mm (aux) adaptor.
