can this pair with any camera null

Any camera that has a mic input.

The connection between the Rode receiver and the camera is via the included 1/4-inch/6.3mm TRS Plug... so itʻs hardwired not wireless connection so no pairing. Your Camera or any recording device needs to have a female audio-in jack. It is between the Rode mic/transmitter and the Rode receiver that is wireless and "pairs". Note that pairing is factory set so it comes as a set, not interchangeable between Rode units.
