Yes, but you have to have the correct connections TRRS if you have headphone jack and a dongle if you don't. AND correct settings on your Mac system preferences.

I have a non-air Mac. It works great. You will need to get a headphone/mic splitter. I use one with the output going to a USB-C. Hope this helps!
