• Yes. However, my experience with swiping has been very poor. It almost never works. I have to manually enter the card number and the processing fee for that is higher than if you can swipe.

• Hi Erika- Great Question! You can still take cards by swiping on the Magstripe Reader if you don't have a chip reader.
