Your subs should be connected to you stereo and therefore work on any station. This device doesn’t change anything about how your car’s system works. As far as your car stereo is concerned, you’re just listening to the radio. So if your subs don’t work when listening to the radio, they weren’t installed correctly. If you paid someone, I’d go back. If you installed them, you may have connected to the wrong wires.
