Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you need to download and install Roccat Swarm, it's basically the equivalent to Icue but for Roccat products. Honestly it runs better than Icue, all my rgb is controlled with Icue except my mobo, ram and mouse pads. Icue can be laggy, unresponsive or even buggy at times. Haven't had any issues with Roccat Swarm, it's lightweight and runs pretty well. As of right now the mouse pad isn't compatible with Icue. There may be a way to get Icue to recognize the mouse pad and lie to Icue and tell Icue that it's a corsair mouse pad. I've seen people do this with 3rd party RGB strips and it worked. I have not been able to get Icue to see / recognize the mouse pads though. They plug into any USB port, I haven't tried it, but it might be possible if you have a Corsair Commander Pro to plug the USB directly into the Commander Pro. It just might work. I have an older Corsair Ram Cooler that has RGB which isn't officially supported by ICUE, it's only supposed to work with Link. I plugged it in and was able to get it to work, it's somewhat buggy and some RGB settings don't work well with it, but I can get it working pretty good. There are rumors that Corsair is going to make Icue more 3rd party RGB friendly. When or if this is really going to happen is unknown. Honestly as far as the zones go it's better to just use 1 color for both zones and have it pulse with another color or something similar to that. When using 2 different colors and both RGB zones the colors tend to blend and not look anything like the original color. Haven't tested it with a lot of colors but for pink and green it comes out like a faded purple. Yes you can plug it into any USB port connected to the computer. Both my Roccat mouse pads are plugged into my center monitor, you have to make sure the monitor's USB to PC USB is hooked up otherwise the the computer won't read the mouse pads, they'll probably turn on but you won't be able to change the RGB. Your monitor should have come with a USB cable that connects your pc to you monitor, USB on both ends.
