• Directly, no. It only provides access to various other streaming providers (e.g., Sling, Amazon Prime et al.). There are providers that claim to provide access to ESPN1 and ESPN 2. I haven't signed up for them, so I don't know whether they provide the access you desire. However, most providers allow for free access for a period of time, so you can see if they meet your desires.
