• Hello, no you can use the same account for both of those on your new Roku TV.

• No. The setup wizard steps for the TV will prompt you to logon to your Roku account initially. Also, it will cover your options to install the desired apps you have in your home already plus any additional ones you might want. After installing those apps, you logon to each app and then logon to those individual accounts, like Hulu.
