- Answer the only time you get 4k is if the movie, the channel, or tv show is available in 4k as not everything is available in 4k as of yet, unfortunately.

- Answer No, the Roku Premiere does not have a mute button. Get the Roku Premiere Plus. I have both and the plus is better.

- Answer Not sure which older model you have, but this one has voice control and one touch buttons for Netflix, Sling, Hulu and PS Vue. it also controls most if not all TV's. The Roku app allows you to listen with headphones as well as control the Roku player like a remote.
