Hi, Becky ! When your Roku player is too hot, a warning message saying, “Your device is overheating” will appear in the corner of the screen. If you are seeing this message there are several steps you can take that may remedy the issue. Try to find a cooler location for your Roku player. Avoid placing the unit; Inside a cabinet or other closed space, On top of other electronic devices such as cable boxes, routers, audio/video receivers or In direct sunlight.
