• Yes. Considering that the device will in almost all circumstances be plugged in to an HDMI port on the back of the TV, it stands to reason that you won't require line of sight... at least that's how it works in my home.

• Yes, but the receiver is about three and half inches long, so, depending on where your HDMI ports are, it may be visible sticking out to the side of your TV. If that is an issue for you, ROKU can provide a short, really short, like 3 inches or so, HDMI extension cable that may help you arrange what is visible and what is not visible.

• Hi, Peter! Yes, the Roku Streaming Stick 4K has an RF remote so it doesn't need to be pointed directly in sight of the device.
