• Should be within 25 ft. You probably need a wifi extender. Also, metal in between will disrupt the wireless signal.

• I really am not sure what your question asks. I have the Roku device in the HDMI port on the TV. Works well with the WiFi in the house about 90 feet from the modem. And that particular WiFi is very slow 15mpbs. Watched movies and ancient TV shows all day.
