• Hi BeauHunter! Yes! The Streaming Stick 4K plugs into the HDMI port and makes any non smart TV into a smart TV. Roku does also have HULU + Live and yes you can!

• You will be able to watch HULU + LIVE. You can do any of the things that the app will let you do, including access the cloud DVR.

• I don’t use Hulu but instead YouTube TV. The basic set up for both companies is the same so I don’t see any reason it shouldn’t work. YouTube TV provides unlimited storage and works quite well.
