If you have a Roku account the apps will load onto your new device as well. You will still need to login to each that requires a password.

As long as you are utilizing the same Roku Account, any additional Roku devices will automatically load your subscribed channels during activation. Keep in mind, you may need to log into some individual channels again for authentication purposes.
