• Hello Grams! No. All of your login credentials are saved directly to the Roku device and not the remote. Please note, if you do change or upgrade your Roku device, then there may be some Channels that you would need to re-enter your login credentials.

• If just adding a new remote then no it is pretty easy and fast connection with on screen walkthroughs. There's no passwords to re enter unless you are setting up new roku or remove a channel. But with a new remote you are good.
