“I have roku ultra on one of my tvs but want a stick for the other. Do I have do a whole new setup or will it automatically upload what's on the ultra.”

It will upload your apps automatically when you set it up. All you have to do is sign in to your current account and select skip selecting new channels. It will add some new channels and it wont arrange them in the same order.
