The stick stays in the tv. The only thing you would change is the battery in the remote when needed. Everything you need is in box.

The stick comes with a charging cord and optional transformer. The cord plugs into the USB slot and most televisions will keep the stick powered in that manner.

No, it comes with a cord to connect to an outlet or to a USB which is what I connected it to on the back of my TV

The power is connected to the stick. Nothing else is needed like extra cables which I love less cords behind the TV.

Stick doesn't have anything to recharge, it connects the tv to the streaming device. You will have to change batteries when they go dead however. Leave the stick in the HDMI. Everything you need is included in box.
