Hello, the SaharaCase - Folio Case for Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 - Blue Marble does support the auto wake and sleep feature. Our cases were designed to prioritize on protection, and for ease of use. We still have not received any complaints regarding fitment for stylus pens.

Yes, it wakes when you open the case and sleeps when you close it. The pen will not fall out, it has a thing to secure the pen.

Yes, it wakes and sleeps when opening & closing. I don't use the pen and can not answer that part of the question.
