In the grill section, the instruction manual lists the following meats under "Foods suitable for grilling": "pork chops, sausages, steaks, hamburgers, bacon, and thin fish portions". That being said, I seriously doubt the results would be even close to as enjoyable as using a BBQ grill for meat.
