“I just got this microwave and the door doesn’t open when the latch is pushed. I wish I had read the reviews about this issue before buying it. Has anyone gotten satisfaction from Samsung about fixing this problem? I may return it. Very disappointed!”

Slight vibration noise, door would sometimes not pop open and had to pulled open. We never addressed this issue BECAUSE the Worst part - at almost 2 years to the day the thing blew our circuit breaker. We tried another plug same thing. Would not work. Broke. VERY disappointing after a relatively short period of time. I DO NOT recommend.
