Code for most states is a receptacle in the cabinet above it not a hard wire to a junction box. Most states, check yours but you can’t go wrong with the receptacle. You have to account for 1750 watts, which is the full draw possible on a 15a 110 outlet. This is mainly due to the heating element for the slim fry and convection strings. Obviously that’s highest setting possible max draw 1750 watts. The microwave function draws about 1000. I’d recommend a dedicated 20a circuit for this unit. Then you are covered no question ever. I’m in the process of running that wire myself.
