“Can the turntable be turned off or does it continually turn? Is there a rack above for say backing a cake in an 8 1/2 x 11 dish? Thank you!”

• I'm happy to help with this! Yes, the turntable for this model can be turned off. Page 30 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3rVHxXD) has instructions on how to do this. This model also comes with both a low and high rack for a variety of cooking options. ^Jecca

• The turntable can be turned off and a rack to hold a dish above another is included. I think it would hold the cake dish size you mention. I would just turn off the turntable and place the dish on it. The rack is really for cooking or baking two dishes together
