• I'm so glad you asked, Joey6864! This model is listed as having a "Glass Touch" control panel. However, we do have many models that have a "Membrane Touch" panel, which is the soft, flexible type. ^Jecca

• yes, the buttons are covered with a soft plastic and they do flex when pressed.
