It sure does! In fact, page 55 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3k84KCw) has instructions on how to use the grill feature. ^Jecca

You can turn anything into a grill. Make sure you are outside and then pack it full of charcoal. Make sure to leave room for the air fryer racks as they will serve as your cooking surface. You may want to take the door off. The grill function voids the warranty.
