Update: I was able to open the blower plate by taking a utility knife and carefully scoring the edge of the plate. The factory did not make a clean cut-out for the plate. Once I cut the edges all the way through, I was able to remove it and turn the blower in the right direction.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We simply put it in the same wall "rack" that was there from the old microwave. It fit great. The vent is in the box separate. Not needed if recirculation needed. Very easy to install.
