Please try again later.A lot of contractors and folks will just go back to the store or other store that sell this product and ask them to open another box or see if they have the pieces left over from a display model. If you bought it and it was missing pieces, just be upfront and tell them they can either open another box and give you those parts or you will bring in the unit and exchange it for a completely new box that has all the parts. Either way they will send the box with missing parts back to the supplier and the shop is not out any money. Try that. Suggest you also take the box back to another store that sells the same and just say the part were missing and get that exchange there.
