• A:Answer You will be able to open the door as it only swings out perpendicular to the microwave. The door doesn't swing back all the way. Hope this helps

Q: QuestionWhy is the exhaust not sucking up and blowing out the top? Does the power level no work when pushed? No instructions!

• A:Answer There is a section in the instructions that tells you to turn the built in exhaust fan. It stays in one position if you have vending to the outside of your home. However, if you don't then it serves as a odor control exhaust fan (has a charcoal filter) and it keeps the bottom of the unit from getting soaked by steam.
