• Maybe, maybe not. The most important part u will need is the mounting rail and screw template. All other parts can be purchased at ur local hardware store

• If something is missing, it will tell you. I recently bought an open box sound bar. The tag said it was missing the remote. I was able to buy a replacement for $12.
