- Answer some sort of safety feature is built into this microwave unplug unit for 10 / 15 min . plug back in and hit clock set your time and hit clock again I had the same problem but this worked for me.

QuestionI had an electrician mount my micrwoave but am unsure if he rotated to blower. When I turn on the vent fan from the control panel, the fan exhaust from the vent on the front/top. does the exhaust only run when turned on from the panel?

QuestionThe Set Timer function in the manual indicates how to set the light to come on and go off automatically but it doesn't indicate how to turn it off.

- Answer Hi Eric! At the bottom of the control panel, above the Vent control buttons and next to the Set Timer button is the Hi/Lo/Off button for the light. Tapping this button will cycle through the three available settings for the light which are Hi, Lo, and Off. ^Jecca

QuestionWhere is the hidden vent for recirculating back into the house? I had this installed and cannot see any vent. Also the instruction manual showed a microwave with a front facing vent which does not apply to the model.

QuestionBought this microwave, installed it. Cannot install the carbon filter. Instructions say open door, remove 2 screws in grill, slide grill to the left & pull out. NO way it slides to the left or pull out. How do I remove the grill ?

- Answer Yes it will but what else is on the line if you add all the amps combined on that 15amp example 5amp micro wave 5 amp fridge A tv VCR lights and they are all on you could blow the fuse

QuestionI purchased a new Samsung range microwave from home depot online . After installing under mount , venting out through back . Am I suppose to remove the two pieces of cardboard looking pieces on inside , one on ceiling one on side wall ???

- Answer Absolutely not !! Just make sure before you hang it that the metal deflectors (on top and back edge ) are in the right position to dischage the air into the wall, or up (if you are exhausting it out the roof.
