“Why does the associate not tell you it only mounts under a cabinet?”

• I'm sorry to hear you were unaware that the Over The Range Microwaves are designed to mount under the cabinet above the Range. I can't tell you why you weren't told this. We appreciate your consideration and hope you're able to find a suitable solution. Thank you, Ms. Samsung

• It's an OVER THE RANGE MODEL. IT HAS TO mount somewhere and needs a cabinet to complete installation. The back mounts to the wall & the top mounts to the bottom of the cabinet.

• Because almost all micro-hoods mount under a cabinet. How else is a 60 to 90 pound item supposed to hang from just a bracket on the wall...impossible. Almost all micro--hoods need 2 screws thru the bottom of a cabinet to hold it up, the bracket keeps the unit snuggly against the wall.
