Because its junk. Im sorry I have nothing positive to say about it. Ive already written a lengthy negative Best Buy review. Ive owned it for a year and wish I had picked a different one! At the very least, it takes WWWWAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY longer than it should to heat / cook food.
