Hello, if there is, then I haven't found it yet either!!! I have the same problem, cooking / heating food takes WWWWAAAAYYYY longer than it should, plus other weird things ab out it (as I've mentioned in my lengthy formal Best Buy review) I've owned this microwave for a year and HATE IT. I'm sorry that my response is not really answering your question and providing a solution. My response to your posted question is my sincerest deepest attempt to prevent someone (even if it's just 1 person I can save) reading this, into buying this junk microwave. Anyone who is thinking about buying this microwave, should NOT! Seriously, pick a different one.
