Because we heavily rely on a microwave for our daily routine, we wanted an updated Samsung (just like our old one). We already had an over-the-counter microwave, and we liked its performance. After purchasing this at Best Buy, we waited almost a full month to have it installed (supply chain issue; I get it). We were told that the special sensors made this one exceptional. What a disappointment! It does not nearly heat up food as well as our old one. Heating a cup of coffee takes 75, instead of 60, seconds. Other foods don't heat up evenly. Finally, the touch sensors on the panel don't work well.
